Buildings & construction
Avoncroft offers the following buildings and construction teaching sessions:
- Homes through the ages
- Brickmaking
- Wattle and daub
- Timber framer
Sessions last for approximately 45 minutes and are designed for a maximum of 30 children per session. Sessions are delivered within the historic buildings or around the Museum’s open-air site and use historical replica objects, exploration and hands on experiences to recreate the past or explore the present.
